Refund policy

Refunds are generally available before prayer placement.

If you contact us before your prayer has been placed at the Western Wall, we will issue a refund.

Once a prayer has been placed, refunds are not guaranteed, as the service has already been fulfilled. However, in exceptional circumstances, we will review requests fairly and reasonably.
